I wouldn't worry about that.  Sony can have the best graphics, while also having a ver competitive price.  They are sticking with Blu-ray (I imagine we'll see a 8x or 12x drive this time around) and probably won't be developing a brand new CPU tech (probably will stick to something similar to the Cell).  So we're going to be getting much more RAM and a much better GPU.  My guess is we're going to be getting better graphics than even those mock-up trailers Sony did for the PS3.

Killzone 2 looks significantly better than that trailer, and Killzone 3 takes a shit all over it.

ps3 produces way better graphics than that
