He acknowledges that climate change is real, but doesn't believe it is a major issue. He would like to see the US withdraw from the UN. He has so many oddball policies it's hard to see any clear beliefs he actually holds. The only significant reason to get Ron Paul into power is that he will hasten the decline of America as a world power, and he is against war. So we will see the USA simply fade away swiftly and peacefully. Whereas if others get in the transition will take a bit longer and will likely be much more violent. |
That is wrong. Ron Paul wants to RESTORE America by getting the budget under control and making trade partners and friendships with other countries instead of just randomly bombing them. He will not start any illegal wars such as Iraq or now Libya. He wants to secure the borders as well. With Romney, Obama, Santorum, etc, all we are getting is another fiscally-irresponsible president who is content to collect his paycheck and watch America crash and burn. Ron Paul has never voted for a congressional pay raise, never voted to raise taxes, didn't vote for bailouts, PATRIOT Act, or TARP. He is the only 1-faced political who says what he believes and doesn't stray from it.
