Well he's running as a Republican so register as Republican if you live in a closed Caucus or Closed Primary state. If you live in an Open state, just show up and vote for him during your Primary. Even if you are a "Democrat", Ron Paul is such a different kind of politicial that he doesn't fit in our dumb, rigid, Republican vs Democrat system. He's just an awesome candidate either way. I'm a conservative (hate associating myself with the Republican party though), but if I was a Democrat I'd vote for him
His stand on EVERYTHING says that if the Constitution does not AUTHORIZE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO DO IT, its a State's issue. That's what the Constitution says. That's GREAT. Would love that to happen. The Fed's only job really should be protect the land, print money (NOT hand that duty off to the Federal Reserve), and a few other things that are lined out in the Constitution. He says Income Tax is illegal (and it technically is according to the Constitution), so he wants to end it. How awesome would that be? A balanced budget without federal income tax.
