Consoles always launch in November!! and so will both Xbox 3 and PS4.

3DS wasn't released in november and it is still a console, even though a handheld console. And PSVita is released outside holiday season in both NA and Europe. And PS3 was released in Europe in march outside holiday season. So consoles aren't always released in november.
