From my perspective, it really doesn't matter which one is more powerful or not unless there is a meaningful difference in processing power. In other words, unless people notice a significant improvement in the visuals of games across most games there isn't much value in increased processing power alone. Being that there are diminishing returns in investment in graphics in terms of what people notice, and a large portion of differences in processing power will be swallowed up in technical features (resolution, framerate, antialiasing & anisotropic filtering) which tend to be unnoticed by the majority of consumers, I have doubts that any of the consoles will have a significant enough processing power advantage for consumers to care; especially if this processing power advantage comes with a significant price disadvantage.
