It's a success if U look at it as a stand alone console, it's almost 61M, It has a big library, sold Million of software world wide, so it's a success, but it doesn't build on the success PS1, & PS2 made, simply cos Sony decided to do a console that is with different standards to it's generation. I see that for the first time in V.Games history all 3 home consoles & 2 hand-held are success. Market expands and it will continue to do so, Next gen console will all succeed if the 3 giants play it right.
