Billions invested in Blu-Ray and development of the PS3s Cell and PSN. Hopefully the PS4 does not cost that much for the consumer and Sony sticks with Blu-Ray technology. Unless an affordable upgrade to Blu-Ray is available. Digital sales of games, music and movies are on the rise and eliminates storage and distribution costs.
