Also, PS3News, this gen hasn't been dominated by online games. Let's take a look at some of biggest IPs on the PS3 (which I assume is your console of choice).

Call of Duty: Mainly Online

Grand Theft Auto: Mainly offline

Gran Turismo: Mainly offline

Metal Gear Solid: Mainly offline

Uncharted: Mainly offline

Assassin's Creed: Mainly offline

Fifa: Mainly offline

LittleBigPlanet: About Even

Final Fantasy: Completely offline

Red Dead Redemption: Mainly offline

Resident Evil: Mainly offline

God of War: Completely offline

Battlefield: Mainly online

Batman: Completely offline (in terms of gameplay)

Killzone: Mainly online

Fallout: Completely offline

The Elder Scrolls: Completely offline

Aside from Battlefield and Call of Duty, online gaming isn't all that dominant

Hmmmm your list seems about accurate, But you left out a few popular online mutliplats out as well. Madden, NBA2K, and a few others i cant think of at this time.

Also Call Of Duty alone overshadows just about every game on your list when it comes to online gameplay time unfortunatly.

Yeah, I wasn't trying to say online gaming wasn't significant. I was just saying its more equal, and NOT dominating, with offline gaming. It just looks that way because past gens didn't really have much online play.

The reason some games like Madden aren't up there is because I went from the PS3's best selling game, COD, on down to the Elder Scrolls
