"Update: Just to make things a little clearer, both of these rumours are mere speculation, nothing more. The source for the Monster Hunter rumour is “industry officials” who speculate that there will be a Vita game released in the future. We’ve updated our wording to make this clearer."
The 3ds lite one is just speculation also.
