Just so everybody is clear, comscore tracks installed base, not unit sales. Android unit sales have been ~50% in the US for some time now, but a 3% surge in comScore numbers suggests Android has been well north of 50% these past few months. comScore also present these stats as a 3 month moving average, so spiky events like product launches tend to get smoothed out and might not fully manifest for a few months.
And if RIM is cratering that fast, it's probably already under a 10% share of unit sales.
