It's not just limited to all 80GB ps3s so don't worry. It's a rather isolated case with some people with slimline and 60GB PS3s experiencing it too. Essentially it gets the 'overheat' red flashing light and the console turns off whenever i play campaign or co-op within 5minutes or an hour, despite it being cool as a cucumber. I had the same problem with co-op during the beta and told naughty dog. Funnily enough I can play multiplayer for 10 hours straight without it ever crashing, yet the other day campaign crashed it in 2 minutes. I have yet to be able to enjoy the campaign and co-op in their entirety, the multiplayer is a phenomenal improvement over 2s though. Like I said ND have promised a patch in January, I just hope it fixes the issue since theres a thread on their forums full of people with the same issue.
