Actually Reggie would like the rest of the world to get Wii U cheap, then tease the Americans and tell them the price will be horrible for them and they'll need to get three works and sell their asses and those of their dads', moms' and grannies' too to afford it, and once they did what he required (and carefully picked the best asses available for his own pleasure), tell them it will not be sold in USA.
