I can't really narrow it down to just one animal but here are two of my favorites.
The Langeroo. It's an epic hybrid animal (not like those lame hybrid cars) that can kickbox and bite your head off at the same time. They actually make very good bodyguards.
Also another favorite of mine is the Ninja Monkey pictured below. They can do hits for you and after it's all said and done they will make you a sandwhich...doesn't get much better than that.
