Dual Pixels

Recently, a reliable source that is very close to the gaming industry leaked Dual Pixels some very interesting information. This leak includes many things, but things really stuck out. Two series of the Ubisoft cabinet will re-emerge on both the future Xbox and Wii consoles which are Splinter Cell: Next-Gen, Assassin's Creed 3 for the Wii U.

About 7 months ago(give or take) Microsoft filed three trademarks. One being the word/phrase "Fusion", and the two others having to do with the word fusion. It is suspected that the reason behind the three trademarks will be the new Xbox, the "Xbox Fusion".

Splinter Cell is a series of stealth video games. The first game was released in 2002. The main character, Sam Fisher, is a highly trained black ops agent in a made up sub-division of black ops named NSA. The point in the game is to complete the objectives and be as discrete as possible, whether it is hiding, taking unknown routes, or making diversions for guards. This game was also used as a marketing tool when made an exclusive title for the Xbox 360.

Then we have Assassin's Creed for... the Wii U!? Yes, Assassian's Creed 3 is coming to the Wii U! According to Brandon Brown here at Dual Pixels, "It has the power to play all current gen games". Well that will definatly change when the PS4(?) and Xbox Fusion come out. I personally think that a lot of kids own the Wii thus leading to lower sales vs. Xbox and PS. It is a smart move expanding the horizon for the game, but at the same time I am not going to go out to buy Assassin's Creed for the Wii U.
