Don't worry, I had fun reading it, good review. Now I feel even worse for skipping it at the time :)
I have a good excuse though, I was all consumed by my nr 1 game at the time. After playing Deus Ex Hr it's definitely on my to play list. If dark souls will release its grip on me.
