Nomura didnt design the character costumes, they were designed by a fashion company called Roen.

thats why you dont see many zippers and belts, lol
that's why some of you feel they look like japanese fashion models.
i think it was a good decision, it will make them look different and it suits the setting of the game from what i'e seen. i'm still hyped for the game, the gameplay looks good.
