| crissindahouse said: uhhm so you wish to get sources throwing something in the thread like "all microsoft hardware products have a higher failur rate"? maybe you should give us sources first to prove that zune had a higher failure rate than other devices with same functions or that the original xbox had a higher failure rate than the ps2!
you just sound like "i hate microsoft so what i say has to be true microsoft fails to produce hardware all the time and they will always fail" and even if it's true that all their products had a higher failure rate doesn't mean this will be the case in the future. you talk about products from one decade microsoft has to learn like every company has in things they don't do for 100 years. man just look at the car industry there is always a time some manufacturer fails for some years with bad products but that doesn't mean the company has to be bad in producing cars. toyota for example was almost without problems and from one year to another some models had huge failure rates. same with mercedes or whatever. few years later everything is ok and they have much lower failure rates than other car manufacturers. so just because some toyota models had some big problems doesn't mean the next ones will have these problems as well. |
I don't exactly have everything bookmarked plus the whole MS being masters of covering things up issue. I'll just ask this, do you have any numbers from MS themselves at all?
MS took 5 years to redesign the 360 and get rid of the design flaws, all the smart money is on them not learning their lesson.
