I agree with this. Firstly, people should keep up with the thread, or at least post 2nd votes in case their first downvote may be eliminated. Secondly, it saves you time. And most importantly, this gives people an enormous amount of power in a short amount of time. This lets a person downvote multiple games in one round while everyone else can only vote once.
