Best Customer Support (in terms of several times i.e. glitches, hacked, online down, etc):360
Worst Customer Support (in terms of several times i.e. glitches, hacked, online down etc):PS3 (PSN victim of the biggest hack in HISTORY and it took sony forever to tell the public! what was their cover up agian? Oh yea down for maintance.)

I'm sorry but I can't leave this alone, out of everything that was ever hacked Sony was the fastest out of any company on anything to reveal it to the public, how long did it take MS to admit the 360 failrate was out of industry standards? They were repairing them they had to know the exact %, if they got hacked they probably wouldn't even tell you (like most companies don't when hacked). Do your research and don't just jump on bandwagons because some jerk on tv said so.

10 days is not fast and it took them longer to tell people that their credit card info was comprimised.

But lets ignore facts sony is a god after all and must be worshipped.
