You're old and it's pretty much proved by what you said. It's simply just an opinion which can vary.

I believe motion does add innovation and makes many games more enjoyable.  Using the motion controls on SMBW to fly up with the propeller suit just felt natural and far more satisfying then pushing a button. With the little time I had with Skyward Sword I question why someone would bother going back to analogue with this type of game. Again it's an opinion. But I believe if you don't like motion then you are just one lazy person :P

Not really, anything that's quantifiable like accuracy the analogue or dpad is better.

Also your example with SMBW isn't anything the sixaxis can't do. I will give you Zelda though, still one valid example does not make many anything. Most games turn to inaccurate crap with motion controls, move is the only one that can actually do real games and that has led to no innovation and pretty much none of the "innovations" the wii came out with are sticking around next gen. So it really seems more like a gimmich that few people would presist in enjoying it. Also people who actually move once in awhile when not infront of a tv might want to lay down when playing a game, not to mention space issue.

Again it's just an opinion no matter how many twists you take. Fighting 2d games like Street Fighter would of course not be the best suited for motion controls but if you can implement them correctly then games are enjoyable regardless.

A few?

Just Dance 1,2,3

Mario Kart Wii

Wii Sports Resort

Kinect Adventures, Dance Central 1,2 Kinect Sports...

Zelda Skyward Sword

These are few that take full advantage of motion controls and have been selling like hotcakes. Kinect has propelled motion sensing. 360 can contribute its awesome sales to Kinect.
