In your opinion, have Japanese games as a whole fallen in quality in this gen?

Neither are milking army FPS games which is good and also I wouldn't consider Final Fantasy XIII milking, as it was vastly different from other FF games.

Capcom I have no comment on as they really have really become a re-publsher.
