ok thats all true. But its not a 3rd party publishers job to push any given console, thats up to the 1st parties. 3rd parties are supposed to get their game out to most people as possible, to ensure not just sales, but a larger fanbase. You might not like it but the days of exclusivity are gone, and IMHO its for the better.

Well see there's a bit of a snag, their job isn't just to get their games to as many people as possible. Technically it's ultimately to make as much money as possible, so they might advertise less or opt to make their game better rather then more acessible. Also there are several 3rd party exclusives that came out or are coming out on the ps3 this year or next so saying the days are over is just wrong. The games include Yakuza, Versus, Bleach: Soul Resurrección, Disgaea 4, Trinity: Souls of Zill O’ll, Quantic Dream's next game, every game GUST made/is making this gen, Agent still apparently.

So it's not really a thing of the past, not done as offend by bigger companies is pretty much all you can say.

You make more money by limiting your audience and sticking to one console?? that makes no sense. Even if they could make the game better by sticking it on one console, their are still so much people who would be able to get the game and lets be serious here, its not like PS360 are that much different that they could do what they do on one and not the other.  And lets be real here the games you mentioned are in NO way pushing the PS3, I can name dozens of multiplatformer games that look better on PS3. Yakuza 4 looks ok, Bleach looks ok, etc.  That quantic dream game will be technically first party and for all we know Versus could jump to 360, which I dont even care about anymore.  Gone was a wrong word, going away? maybe, lessened?? hell yeah
