I'm gonna assume most of your post was actually relating to my post o.o.

Anyways first of all, Golden Eye 007's game system wasnt based on the wii motion like Skyward Sword, from what I can remember, you can play with pretty much every controller even the GCN controller, oh hey that sounds hardcore!

The core gameplay on Mario galaxies were the standard mario games style and did not use more than 25% of what motion controls could of been used for the game compared to games like SS.

SSBB, Dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi are two examples of games that did not require motion controls.

Kirby Return to Dreamland AND DKC Returns only forced you to use motion controls at least 15% of the time if not less than that.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii did not even use 5% motion controls.

All of the RPGs on the wii did not use any motion controls unless you can name one.

Most games that did take advantage of the Wii mote's motion controls were terrible (specifically third party titles such as the terrible Soul calibur game and the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles lawl). Two good series turned bad cause of the motion controls, go figure.

Also the 3D feature for the 3DS, its a known fact that the 3D feature causes eye strain and headaches alot more than previous game systems , even more than previous portables, its not just some people , its a well known fact. Whether its healthy or not is debatable, I'm not too interested in dwelling into that. As for the bringing a whole new dimension, sounds nice but seriously not worth if your more prone to getting similar side effects listed above and I'm not gonna be some guinea pig to test on it either >.>.

obviously not every game is going to be using all motion controls, its an added feature for some games. once again, it being used gimmicky is your opinion not a fact. for games that give you a choice between wiimote/classic/gamecube just because you choose a gamecube control doesnt eliminate the motion gameplay.

and just cause the 3d factually causes eyestrain doesnt mean anything, for people like me who can play with it on it adds a nice dimension to thw games, they pop out and you just get a better feel of where enemies are, where you are in relation to the enviros and all that. its great if you dont use it but, once again, youre trying to use your experience as the universal experience, just like darkdescent is.
