edit: a question.. with a 3ds in my possesion, i'd like to play a pokemon game for the first time in a ton of Years.. but it feels to me like it does with call of duty; there are so many games in this franchise (and they keep releasing em), that it feels to me like i'd should get it on release day, or wait for the next entry.. and on top, THAR WHITE HAZ NO SHINY 3D! D: .. so yeah, i dont feel like particularly buying Black or White, but still, i'd want to start a new pokemon in general.. but it doesnt look like there's a new Pokemon on the horizon just yet. =/ (Oh btw, the Models in the Pokedex for 3DS are great, could it be that we may get 3D battles like in Stadium/Colliseum/whatever for the next handheld Pokemon game? o:) |
With the recent 1.4 patch (and 1.5), it's pretty easy to co-op with anyone in your friend list, as there's a truckload of summon signs anywhere now.
Well, White and Black did do some changes to the formula, plus finally added a storyline in the game (not just the "beat 8 gyms, elite four and rival" thing). There's a plot now, and the game revolves around it and the final boss battle is probably one of the hardest trainer fights in any pokemon game.
A Pokemon Stadium 3 or Battle Revolution 2 for the 3DS would be all sorts of epic. I heavily disliked the Colliseum games however (Gale XD less than the first) so I hope those stay buried XD.
@Robotechheaven - Those are all pretty good ideas and it seems your game will have tons of extra side-quest content which is one of the things I love in any RPG. I particulary like the idea of having a title for your character that you can swap, reminds me of Tales of Phantasia in which several actions gave you different titles.
