Gaming salaries for programmers are catching up with the rest of the software industry.
The main difference probably now is in benefits and hours worked ( a lot of the non gaming software companies no longer do any crunch time..)
PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !
PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !
