Hate to break the news to you but that chili meat is really just left over old burger meat that was left on the grill too long. It is then thrown into a pin in a warmer till the end of the night. It is then chopped up and put into the walk in freezer for the chili meat for tomorrow. Usually the meat starts to turn yellow/greenish by the end of the night while it is siting in the warmer. I'll just say that I would never eat their chili after finding out how it was made.
