You guys and your ongoing fascination with whether Wendy's is going to overtake Burger King or not. It's pathetic. Look, this late in the gen, even if Wendy's DOES manage to beat out Burger King, it's a moot point. McDonald's may be considered more kiddie but it's the obvious winner by a large margin. The best Wendy's and Burger King can ever hope for is second place. The fact that Wendy's has more exclusives (The baked potato, the JR. Bacon Cheeseburger, and the Frosty) and people are still flocking to Burger King (whose only got the Whopper franchise) is just another example of how hollow a Wendy's victory would be. And I don't want to hear any comments from you Hardee's/Carl's Jr fans. This is clearly about Wendy's vs. Burger King. Nobody cares about you and your $6 cheeseburgers. |
Where the hell do you get your numbers and comparisons from! Did you do any research at all when posting that toxic mess up above! Your $6 bacon burger quote is laughable at best! Here is another quote from you that I find hard to believe ,"The". The what? What are you talking about D12??? The cooking oil, the late Dave Thomas? By the way if you are talking about him it is a little too early to be talking about that.
It is like we are on two different planets! Sloppy , irresponsible, two-faced, journalistic work you put up there!

I can't be considered biased. I eat at all three. I'm actually more of a Burger King fan. The only big exclusive that McDonald's has had all year is the McRib. They lack 3rd (birthday) party support. Still, McDonald's is number one. It can't be argued.
I'm leaving this thread before it turns into a fatboy debate as these threads often do. I'm not in the mood to see high res photographic comparisons from people like Leo-J ("Oh, the texture of the Wendy's burger is much better than the texture of a Burger King burger!"). When I was younger, it wasn't about textures, sesame seeds, or free toys. It was about the taste!
