Dude, you just answered your own question. You copied the entire article instead of just the requested info. If the rules clearly state something that's the way it is. If you break the rules and someone else follows them to the letter why should the one who did it exactly right lose so you can win?

You should be happy you got anything at all. If it was my contest I'd just tell you sorry, but you failed to follow the directions.

The site owners said I didn't break the rules but it was even questioned because some felt I didn't follow the "spirit" of the contest.

...and I am happy I will get the $25gc. That's pretty cool.
