ever sense elder scrolls 3, morrowind, elder scrolls has stolen legend of zeldas thunder as you say it. Open world RPG genre IS elder scrolls and fallout now. there are some notable mentions but they normally don't come close. legend of zelda has been pretty eh since ocarina of time.
remember that this website has a significant number of nintendo fanboys, so you cannot go by this website or forum if you wnat to gauge the hype of a zelda game.
