@Slimebeast With all due respect to VGChartz, the numbers they provide are just guestimates. They may be guesses based on informed data. They may even use real retail data, but the numbers are guesses meant to offer a guide as to how the industry is doing.

Anyone assuming there won't be adjustments (up or down) to the number is taking the numbers too seriously.

Having said that, VGChartz overtracked Xbox 360 sales because of the simple fact that they weren't privy to lack of inventory available in the chain. So their numbers assumed a continued demand that extended from the December.

I would agree with someone else though, the best discussion is regarding the estimated sales currently projected, not what, or how much they'll be adjusted. That's best left to a different thread.
