Since this is an opinion thread I will say no.
My favorite developers are all western and quite frankly I no longer think the East has hardly any good developers since squareenix stopped being good last gen.
My favs
1.Bethesda for Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Rage and others.
2. Rockstar for GTA and Red Dead
3.Bioware for Mass Effect only as I am no fan of Dragon Age or Knights of the Republic
4. Naughty Dog for Jak, uncharted and the promising looking The Last of Us
