when you bought the ps3 you paid for the hardware not the service.
same with games, you purchase whats on the disk, the developers have the right to take down servers any time they like.
everyone hates 100000 page t&c's but its all in there.
sony could shut down the whole of psn tomorrow and they wouldnt need to refund a single ps3 system.
sony never said you couldnt use linux....there the ones who gave you the option in the first place.
