BAN TASTIC KINDA DAY huh?

Like I say, bans aren't just handed out on a whim, they are normally deserved, so only in extreme and occasional cases will a ban be overturned.

Mods are asked to warn users - either publically as a group or by pm - if it is something minor.

@DMeisterJ if you think it is Kirby because he also speaks dutch then let me tell you there are like 3-5 people banned the last days who speaks Dutch

Btw, i have this question to mods:

Why do people who get their first ban because of this (Superchunk, Weezy, Kirby007 etc...) get a 3 day ban whilst Soriku and Leo-J have been banned like 20 times each but only get a 1 day ban...?

Post count or something?... I'm sensing a little bias but i'll give you guys a chance to explain...

Last time I banned leo-j (a week or so ago) it was a 3 day ban, but I banned leo-j for posting flame bait, despite warnings.  I banned Kirby for an insult against an entire religion... the logic here would be that although Kirby's crime was much more severe, his punishment was lower due to it being a first offense.  Although not entirely a first offense either, as I warned an entire topic of people, including him, about insulting religions back in the thread with the alien video.
