A game that everyone dislikes but you love

Whenever I hear people mention this game it's to say something horrible about it like "FFXIII sucked but at least it's not Mystic Quest". I never got why this game was hated that much, I've never owned it but borrowed it from a friend twice and played it from start to finish both times.

FF:MQ was amazing. It was a mixture of classical FF gameplay with a tidbit of Soul Blazer added to the mix (the overworld weapon use), plus the enemies appearing on the map instead of random battles was one of the first examples in a game that I ever played.

After looking in here and again and reading this I really have to say... you both are right... this game was really good from my point of view... just loved all the secondary characters!!!
