Ron Paul did something amazing last night

What Republican party are you talking about? I guess drug users, homosexuals, non-Christians, etc... don't count. The Republican party as a whole trips up over itself to smother personal liberty. I'm a conservative and the neo-conservatism displayed by the majority of the party turns my stomach. That being said, Ron Paul is an amazing politician who actually embodies the ideals of both true conservatism and those of the founding fathers, I'd vote for him over any other candidate in the entire country. It's a shame the neo-cons will do absolutely everything in their power to prevent Ron Paul from having a shot at the presidency.

you're preaching to the choir, I hate that neo-cons and what they have twisted our party into.  We already have a party that wants to impose goverment onto every facet of our lives we don't need the Republican party joining those ranks as well.
