OK, the problem with this is, you can legally jailbreak your iphone. So why is Sony getting away with something that is legal for customers to do under the DMCA? The most they can do if you hack their console is ban your PSN account and or void your warranty. They have no legal jurisdiction against a case if brought up. Apple thought they did too, but then they realized it wasn't going to work that way.
