Rocket, and I know that was the reasoning, but I couldn't find a source yet for that exact quote.
Either way, the X360 is considerably smaller (and prettier) than the old Box, and smaller than the PS3. MS can always re-design the power supply once the new GPU Archatecture comes around, further lowering the wattage.
