The PS3 might be a pain in the ass to develop for, like Pullus said, but by now Bethesda should´ve had plenty of time to properly work with the hardware, at least enough to avoid a major bug like the lag issues...the console has been out for 5 years now, I´d hope the "it´s a bitch to develop for" card is worn out by now.
