How is that on-rails? Just because you are in a horse for majority of the game doesn't make it on-rails, as long as you can go wherever you want with the horse. Its like in Assasin's Creed, when you get on a horse, does that mean the game becomes on-rails? Of course not, you can still control where you are going or what you are doing. On-rails to me is something like House of the Dead where you are being guided along a pre-determined path with pretty much no control of where you are going for the entirety of the game.
That said, I don't even play Fable, neither am I a big fan of Kinect, I don't own either. But I am willing to see what they can pull off, new things should always be given a chance atleast.
