I'm guessing it's a UK size, 1,450 would be over 12.5m long though so the story must be wrong.... a shoes size of 145 would be 1.45m long, so it's probably that.

EDIT. ok I didn't know American shoe sizes were similar to UK sizes (I thought they used a different system), so it is more probably American (though it doesn't make much difference, an American mens 145 would be 1.44m long)

Yeah having one of those would be so awesome, it would make a great bed especially during the winter.
