Command & Conquer: Generals 2 is a reality, triple-A PC exclusive from "BioWare Victory"

I'm somewhere in between minimum and recommended. A bit closer to recommended.
I don't know what to expect from this title though. Making a great C&C game is not an easy feat and letting BioWare do it feels kinda random. Could be cool, could suck more than Kirby.
