As enjoyable as the single player was, it wasn't that mode that made it great, as it was the local multiplayer that really made it stand out. I've already talked about Perfect Dark and how I loved that games multiplayer aspects, and as with that game I spent countless hours playing Goldeneye's local multiplayer with friends. This ranks above Perfect Dark for me simply because it came first, thus making it something new, rather than a re-imagining of something I'd seen before. |
