While you might be right if Hitler was allowed to live longer (which he was pretty much dying anyways before he shot himself) then he probably could have killed more people. Also, I just wanted to comment on the last sentence. Stalin didn't care what race you were because he didn't have a problem with killing anyone that disagreed with him. He basically killed off a lot of highly intelligent people in Russia.
