Quake 2 (Sonic Mayhem) - some great industrial tracks, love them
Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines - some nice ambient tracks and a few from more popular bands like Lacuna Coil
Gothic 2/Gothic 3 - if you like medieval music, you'll find these very good
