I am. It is more balanced then MW2 and I like the feel of it more then Black Ops.
The main campaign is short, played it on Hardened (the one above Medium) and it only took just less then 5 hours. Like you say, it's all flash bit moments and the calm moments, turn into that in the end anyway. At least I got to play as a Russian, story seemed to lack in my view, plot holes I didn't like (or understand).
Multiplayer, I'm finding fine. Although there are some serious issues with certain parts, the maps people claim are small, I don't think they are if you compare them to other CoD maps (okay they aren't great like Derailed), what they don't have is long line of sights, there are things in the way everywhere. Random boxes or cars, even structures get in the way. Not as many maps have a higher ground as such to shoot from either like MW2 had.
Also, auto aim is still turned on, why is this on at all? My gun randomly moves when aiming down sights or my entire character moves when running past someone quickly, I don't want to do that. There should be no help to anyone is these games.
This all said, I think spec ops is great, survival great too. And overall multiplayer is enjoyable, perks are fair and the kill streak system is great. Finally me, a person who shoots down UAVs and helicopters all the time (sometimes I see to be the only one) gets benefits from this, in previous games I didn't. Just a shame there are so many buildings and obstacles on the maps that it's bloody hard to see these things.
Hmm, pie.
