Will you provide a negative income tax on the poor to offset what they pay in taxes, or do you believe the poor should have their taxes raised, and the rich have their taxes lower?
As the article posted, it is hard to have the "market do its thing" when the population that makes up the market watches itself face an ever-decreasing standard of living. Markets alone are not the answer.
