| chocoloco said: These tense games of Denver are killing me. Man, what a crazy game going from almost no offense in the first half to no Defense in the 2nd half. This was the first time Tebow was forced to pass to win the game and he came up strong for once the media is starting to embrace his potential. Also the Defense continued to do a great job smashing up Minnesota's quarterback Ponder in the first half. Really looking forward to seeing Von Miller back next week to rough things up some more. Foolish me for gambling on the Lions to try to win the week, but it looks I still did alright. Think it unfair that Ljigga does not get a point for the week just because he joined later, but either way it is all good because the Broncos won again, the Raiders lost and the Avalanche beat their nemesis Detroit for once. |
You, me, and my neighbors' eardrums. I was cringing with all the penalties on the Denver defense in the second half. And the offense... Well, the second half was pretty darn good. The first half... Minnesota did a great job when they put the ball on the 1 yard line, and that safety was a bummer, but I kinda saw it coming. And the fumble was unfortunate. At any rate, seeing Tebow passing well was pretty nice, and Goodman's interception at the end was a stroke of luck. What Denver needs to do now is to get the defense and offense to play well at the same time.
And how about those Dolphins? A huge win over the Raiders, and the Broncos are tied for first in the AFC West. The Packers won a pretty close game; I'm sorry that I didn't catch the end of it as I had to go work on a project. And I'm hoping to see the Chargers/Jaguars game tonight, though I'm not sure if I'll have time.
