No it was not. The PC's of that time were Crysis one level. The PS3 and 360 are just now getting it and they had to horribly down grade the game to do it even with the knowledge of how to work the system that they have now.

PCs of the time weren't close to Crysis level, not until the 8800 series did PCs overtake consoles in graphics performance, it was a huge leap over the previous generation of GPUs which consoles were bassed on. Playing crysis above medium at a decent resolution at 30fps was only possible on a 8800GTS or better.

And Crysis was released 2 years after 360 and 1 year after PS3 and Wii were released. So you can't say PC's were at Crysis level because it didn't even exist at that time.
