The party scene setup their motivations??? Why are the friends? What made their bond so strong? How do you know Rob was a self serving prick?? Marlena didnt even know Hud. why wasnt anyone drunk anymore? the handheld camera did nothing to the effect of making it seem real, especially when in conjunction with horrible acting.
before the party scene was even over I was bored and pissed at the camera, I noticed several other people just looking around in the theater. they didnt/couldnt even watch it. people disengaged and there was nothing for story to suck you back into it. the best part about this movie is the trailer, hollywood definately knows how to market something.
