Can those who support Israel at least acknowledge that Netanyahu is acting in bad faith by refusing to end settlement construction?

Literally, but not relativly.

Afterall the other side is refusing to aknowledge Israel's right to exist in a self deteriministic way.  (IE: Jewish state).

They're both acting in bad faith, though Netanyahu less so.  Espiecally when you consider the last time Israel pulled out and even forced people out of most of the settlements it led to an INCREASE in violence rather then a decrease.

Palestine largely has used concessions to escalate violence rather then dial it back... making acting in bad faith the better option of the two until there is a firm palestinian effort to deal.

I think that reflects more poorly on the lack of united Palestinian leadership than Palestinians acting in bad faith. I mean, there are the illegal settlers that Israel refuses to control, but they are in total control of commissioning more settlement construction for the most part, whereas it depends on which "Palestinians" we're talking about when we gauge the response

I think the pullout from Gaza was just poorly timed against imminent civil strife within the Palestinian polity
